DescriptionA PLC Goulburn woolen tartan skirt that belonged to Rosalind Rennie. The skirt has the colours of blue, black, green, and yellow highlights. One side is pleated and the other is straight fabric, and has two belt loops and two adjustable leather straps around the waist.
Rosalind was a student at PLC Goulburn before going on to teach design at PLC Sydney. The skirt was made by 'R.W. Forsyth LTD Edinburgh and Glasgow'.
